GO PROVE IT

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 July 2026

Go Prove It ("GoProveIt", "we", "us") is a self-improvement app built in the UK by its two co-founders. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what your rights are. We've kept it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you join the early-access list on this site, we collect:

That's it. This website has no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and no cookies used for tracking. A single small token is stored in your browser purely to make the signup form work; it identifies your browser session to our form provider and nothing else.

How we use it

We use your email address for one purpose: to send you updates about GoProveIt and your early access to the app. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything you didn't sign up for. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you gave by ticking the box when signing up.

Where it's stored

Signups are stored securely with Wix.com Ltd, our customer-data provider. This website is hosted by Netlify, whose servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and secure the service. Both providers process data under their own privacy policies and appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you ask to be removed, or until the early-access programme ends and we move communications into the app itself — whichever comes first.

Want off the list? Email us at louistierney47@gmail.com and we'll delete your details. No questions, no hoops.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how it's used, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we've handled your data badly — though we'd appreciate the chance to fix it first.

Children

This website and the early-access list are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll remove them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data — for example, when the app launches publicly — we'll update this page and, where the change matters, email you about it.
